Accessibility Test Report

This report outlines the findings of our most recent accessibility testing against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.

Testing Approach

We conducted a combination of automated and manual tests on the most frequently visited pages of https://classcraft.ai. This included testing:

• Homepage
• Key landing pages and service pages
• Common user journeys, such as contacting support or accessing account settings

We used automated testing tools (for example, axe-core) to quickly identify obvious issues, followed by manual checks using keyboard navigation, screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver), and browser zoom features.

Key Findings

• Images without alt-text: Some images were missing descriptive alt-text. This issue is being addressed as indicated in our accessibility statement.
• Lack of skip navigation links: Keyboard-only users cannot skip repeated navigation elements. We plan to add 'skip to main content' links soon.
• Limited text resizing options: Although browsers offer zoom functionality, some text overlaps occurred at high zoom levels. We are exploring solutions to address this.

Next Steps

Our accessibility roadmap provides further detail on how and when we will address these issues. We will continue to perform regular accessibility audits, at least annually, to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
