Specifically, we use Azure OpenAI Service, which provides OpenAI's language models through Microsoft's Azure cloud platform with European data residency. By using ClassCraft AI, you acknowledge and agree that any data submitted through the platform may be processed by these third-party AI providers within European data centers.

Please note that these third-party providers have their own terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by Microsoft's Azure Terms of Service when using any AI-powered features provided through Azure OpenAI Service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use ClassCraft AI for any unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and intellectual property rights related to ClassCraft AI are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.

6. Fair Usage & Automation

ClassCraft AI is designed for direct human use by educators. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all users, the following applies:

• Human use only – Access must be by individuals directly using the service. Automated access is strictly prohibited, including agents, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any software that simulates human interaction.
• Fair usage – While we do not impose strict usage caps, we monitor for excessive or unusual use that could negatively affect performance for others. In rare cases, we may contact you to discuss your usage, apply temporary restrictions, or suggest an alternative plan.
• Our commitment – For the vast majority of users, these measures will never be noticed. They exist only to protect the stability and fairness of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ClassCraft AI at any time for violation of these terms.
